Megan Bennett, Play Worker
When young children are shown kindness, love and compassion, they are in the best possible position to move through their lives with positivity and strength, and deal with the challenges that face them. I believe passionately in supporting families through the life-changing event of having a child – with all the demands as well as joy that it brings.
I have worked with children and families in a number of settings from day-care to army barracks and have come to focus more and more on the benefits of child-initiated play, particularly in the outdoors.
My training includes NVQ Childcare qualifications and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychoanalytic Observational studies. I also have a degree in Photography from Falmouth University.
